Who is responsible and what this covers

Raisecove Advisory is a brand operated by Composed Technical Solutions LLC, a Wyoming, US limited liability company.

Composed Technical Solutions LLC is responsible for the website information handling described here. This notice covers website visits, initial inquiries, links to scheduling services and the planning worksheet. Data handling for a client engagement may be addressed separately in the engagement documents.

Information you provide

The homepage and Contact forms collect your name, company, email address and message to assess your inquiry, communicate with you and discuss potential work. Please avoid sensitive personal information and confidential transaction details.

The form sends this information to our server endpoint. Resend routes the inquiry by email to a privately configured recipient for our follow-up; your submitted email is used as the reply address. The website application does not maintain an inquiry database. Inquiry information is processed by the email service and receiving mailbox. Provider acceptance is not a guarantee of inbox delivery.

Technical processing and protection against misuse

Vercel hosts this website and runs the contact endpoint. Serving pages and handling requests involves technical information such as IP addresses, request paths and times, browser information and operational records. Such records support delivery, diagnostics and protection of the service.

The contact endpoint checks request metadata, validates inputs and uses a hidden form field and an in-memory request limiter to reduce automated abuse. Application diagnostics use fixed messages and provider status codes rather than intentionally logging inquiry contents. Hosting and email providers process their own operational records.

Providers and other disclosures

Vercel, Resend and the receiving mailbox service process information to support website operation and inquiry handling. We may also disclose relevant information where required by law or reasonably necessary to address misuse or protect legal rights.

Provider information is available in the Vercel privacy policy and Resend privacy policy. Their notices describe their own practices; they do not replace this notice. Provider processing may occur in the United States or other countries where providers operate, and laws may differ from those where you live.

External calendar links

Booking links take you to Cal.com, rather than an embedded calendar on this site. General bookings use the revenue-advisory calendar; explicitly identified commercial-finance bookings use a separate calendar. Information you submit there is handled through that service for scheduling and related communications.

Review the Cal.com privacy policy and the notices on the booking page before submitting information. External services may use their own cookies and similar technologies.

Worksheet and browser storage

The planning worksheet keeps your answers in the current page. The application does not send them to our server, add them to an inquiry automatically or save them in persistent browser storage. Reloading clears the inputs. Printing or saving a PDF creates a copy you control; browser restoration, extensions and device behavior can operate independently.

The website application does not include advertising pixels, analytics scripts or cookie-writing code. This is not a claim that hosting infrastructure or external destinations never use cookies or keep logs. Loading a worksheet page still involves ordinary hosting requests.

Retention and security

We retain inquiry correspondence and related records for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the business relationship, meet applicable legal obligations and address disputes. Technical records are retained for operational and security purposes according to the relevant service arrangements. Retention depends on the information and purpose; deletion can be subject to legal requirements and backup cycles.

The application uses input validation and server-only email configuration to limit exposure. No transmission or storage method is guaranteed secure. Please limit initial inquiries to the business context needed for a conversation.

Requests and applicable rights

Use the Contact page to ask a privacy question or make a request, indicating “Privacy request” in your message. Provide enough context to identify the information involved without sending unnecessary sensitive documents. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity or authority.

Depending on the law applicable to you and the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or complain to a relevant authority. We handle requests under applicable law, including its exceptions and response requirements. These rights do not apply identically to everyone.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice as website operations change. The effective date identifies the current version. Where applicable law requires further notice of a material change, we will provide it.
