Raisecove Advisory is a brand operated by Composed Technical Solutions LLC, a Wyoming, US limited liability company.
These terms govern use of this informational website. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean Composed Technical Solutions LLC. The site describes revenue advisory, commercial processes and proprietary origination.
Website information and your decisions
Website content is general business information, not investment, legal or tax advice or a recommendation to enter a financing, investment or acquisition. Consult your own qualified advisers about your circumstances.
Descriptions of our approach do not promise financing, introductions, transactions, revenue or other outcomes. Information may change or contain errors; verify matters relevant to your decisions.
Inquiries and engagements
An inquiry or calendar booking requests a conversation. It does not create an advisory engagement or commit either party to provide or purchase services. Services, scope, fees, responsibilities and confidentiality arrangements are governed by a separate signed engagement agreement. That agreement governs the services if it differs from website information.
Send only information you are entitled to share. Avoid confidential borrower or acquisition information, financial-account details and sensitive personal information in an initial inquiry. Form acceptance means queued for email processing, not confirmed inbox delivery or a promised response time.
Responsible use and content rights
Use the site lawfully and respect others’ rights. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, impersonate others or submit malicious content. We may take proportionate steps to address misuse.
Website text, images and software may be protected by rights belonging to their owners or licensors. Access does not transfer those rights. You may use the material as permitted by law; obtain permission for uses that require it.
Planning worksheet
The worksheet is a planning aid, not an assessment of your business. The application neither transmits worksheet answers nor saves them in persistent browser storage. Reloading clears the inputs. Browser restoration, extensions and device features may operate independently. You control copies you print or save and any details you later choose to submit in an inquiry.
External services and availability
Calendar links open Cal.com separately. General conversations use the revenue-advisory calendar; explicitly identified commercial-finance conversations use a separate calendar. Read the terms and privacy notices on external destinations before providing information there.
Website access, inquiry processing and scheduling can be affected by hosting, network and provider interruptions. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.
Applicable law
Wyoming law governs these general website terms, subject to protections and rights under applicable law that cannot be waived. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Our Privacy policy explains website information handling. We may update these terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Updates do not amend a signed engagement agreement.
